remains a key feature this season, standing out in furniture and decorative
elements. This style, characterised by rounded shapes and attention-grabbing
designs, creates spaces that convey softness, comfort and relaxation. However,
this edition has revealed an evolution towards
more subtle and refined lines in furniture, while bold and pronounced
curves persist in decorative pieces such as lamps, vases and candles, striking
a balance between elegance and dynamism.

hold as a key trend for 2025. We see interiors are that evoke a connection with
nature, exuding warmth and comfort. This trend, inspired by natural landscapes,
brings a welcoming and timeless feel to spaces.

to spaces. This trend has the potential to gain even more traction throughout
the year.
Deep and sophisticated finishes
Among the standout materials in furniture, finishes in
rich, deep tones are taking centre stage, such as dark-toned woods, marble surfaces with pronounced veining, and metals
with warm, brushed, or aged finishes. These elements, full of character and
elegance, are making a strong mark on contemporary interior design.
"Memphis" influence
The Memphis movement continues to gain prominence,
celebrating the use of colour, bold shapes and playful designs. This iconic
style, born in the 80s and renowned for its bold geometries, vibrant patterns
and striking colour palettes, had a clear impact at the 2025 edition of Maison
& Objet, reaffirming its irreverent and dynamic character.
