It means applying eco-design to reduce impact, selecting responsible materials ā certified wood, metal produced with renewable energy, recycled packaging ā and manufacturing in Cervera using optimised processes, efficient machinery and full traceability.
It also means managing energy responsibly with a commitment to solar self-consumption, minimising waste through circular-economy principles and transporting products using our own fleet to reduce packaging and emissions.

We show our commitment to people through health, sport, culture and respect for the environment. We support local organisations that promote inclusivity, older people’s wellbeing and children’s development, and preserve popular culture.
Year on year, we’re working on reducing our environmental impact by aligning our business strategy with the circular economy and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to promote a better impact worldwide.
We provide financial support to AFA at the Josep Valls Day Centre, local basketball and football schools, and Cervera C.E. football teams.

Since 1976, this has been our vocation, and the environmental emphasis in our business model has continued to grow year after year. This has led to constant reinvestments in improving the company’s environment, facilities, technology and project development.
04. Optimised, constantly evolving system
Our results stem from a rigorous approach to processes. Processes are managed internally and locally from our Cervera headquarters.
We reinvest in state-of-the-art equipment, achieving flexible, cutting-edge production and lower energy consumption. We constantly renew our vehicle fleet in a bid to reduce emissions. We always strive to use renewable energy, installing the latest solar panels for an efficient solar power generation system.
Together, this results in minimised waste, a reduced environmental footprint, and a progressive reduction in our fossil fuel dependence.
Healthy environment: Our facilities are home to native plants that require minimal irrigation. Mimosa acacia (Acacia dealbata), century plant (Agave americana), conifers (Cupressus), holm oak (Quercus ilex), Lavender (Lavandula), magnolia (Magnolia flora), tree germander (Teucilla fruticans), olive trees (Olea Europea), pine trees (Pinus).
05. Manufacturing and logistics in perfect harmony
We design, develop, manufacture, optimise production and transport our solutions. This leads to improved efficiency, maximum flexibility and a reduced environmental impact.
Own factories with industry 4.0: We have our own wood and metal specialist facilities boasting the latest 4.0 technology, preventing waste and enabling us to adjust production to real needs. This is combined with an automated warehouse to optimise workflow.

Internal fleet of lorries: Having our own fleet means we can optimise routes, provide an improved customer experience and reduce emissions. Our internal transport management also reduces our fuel consumption.
We can guarantee fast and secure deliveries, maximising our vehicle capacity and improving delivery routes.
Avoiding using pallets maximises the space available for each delivery, also reducing packaging-especially plastics.
06. Design and ecodesign are one and the same
When you create a product, the responsibility goes beyond its function. It means guaranteeing quality and ease of assembly, the comfort and health of the person using it, and making sure it can be repaired, disassembled and recycled. For us, design and ecodesign are one and the same concept: doing things well.
We create, develop and test our products, putting functionality, manufacturing and efficient design front and centre. Design that facilitates the assembly, disassembly and separation of components, making it easier to manage and recycle products when they reach the end of their useful life.
At Mobel Linea, we always prioritise recycling: the vast majority of materials used in our products and packaging are recyclable. Our design process minimises waste, blending cost optimisation with responsible resource management.
